Dear owner of apartment,
You put up the notice that your apartment is available on the date I requested. I requested it first and even paid the money for the whole 7 nights upfront. I know you have the right to reject it. But to reject it for your so-called friend (if there is actually one) who deals with you offline and wants to rent for longer period is so not fair. What is airbnb is all about? Booking offline, not on airbnb?

I was told by the automatic replier that I would not be charged when the owner declined but truth is the amount has been charged from my account. Now I have to wait 7 days for airbnb to refund my money.
